Leaves of Absence

The university offers a variety of leave programs for employees who will need to be absent for an extended period of time.  The Office of Human Resources Leaves Management web page provides details on the leaves that are offered.

Most leaves are initiated through the submission of the Leave of Absence Form.  Employees or supervisors who have questions about the leave of absence process may contact an Office of Finance & Administration HR team member.
